TELIGENCE RAISES DOLLARS FOR BIG BROTHERS AT STAFF & FAMILY BARBEQUE
On July 15th, Teligence held its annual Summer Social event at Stanley Park. Despite the unusually cool summer weather, Teligence employees and their families still came out to enjoy a fun filled afternoon and raised just over $900 for Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver. Activities of the day included indoor and outdoor games for kids and adults, popcorn, cotton candy, a BBQ and even a dunk tank! Various members of the Teligence management team lined up to be dunked by their employees, who made donations to throw balls at the target resulting in the individual to be dunked in a tank of cold water. To end the event, an auction was held for a chance to dunk Teligence’s President in a tank full of ice cubes. The high bid of $250 had the opportunity to dunk the shivering President. Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver thanks Teligence for choosing Big Brothers as their event charity beneficiary.
