Company Captains are the compadres who lead the bowling campaign within their companies.
Provided with a number of resources, the role is an important one but also a heavily supported one with immense personal reward. Teamed with a Big Brothers’ company liaison, we make the Company Captain experience easy and fun!
Your main responsibilities include:
- Registering your company
- Engaging your co-workers
- Encouraging pledge raising
- Coordinating your fiesta bowling date
- Liaising with Big Brothers
Provided with a handbook, checklist and promotional material, the role of Company Captain is an important one but also a heavily supported one with immense personal reward. Big Brothers’ offers prizing specific to Captains and recognizes those who do exceptional jobs leading their companies.
