- Send an email reminder to bowlers one week and one day prior to your event
- Advise Big Brothers no less than 48 hours in advance if you need to increase or decrease the number of lanes required. Contact us at 604.876.2447 x 244 or bookmylanes@bbgvf.com to revise bookings
- Remind bowlers to complete the front of their pledge books
- Ask bowlers to bring their pledge books, copies of their online pledge summary and all money raised
- Return all unused pledge books at your event
- Ask bowlers to arrive 30 minutes early
